A perfect moment in time, a stillness.

Such moments do not occur in crowded arenas or in the midst of chaos. They occur in between breaths when, in quiet, the universe can whisper “All is well. Nothing is needed.”

They are to be cherished and brought forward to refresh the soul.

Peace is elusive. Yet, the gentle butterfly shows us how easy it can be.  She sits calmly, bathed in peace. There is much to be learned from our animal companions.

Just for today – experience peace.
